　　The air filter

　　The air filter prevents impurities such as dust from entering the engine and ensures a smooth combustion process. When the filter is blocked, the intake volume of the engine will be reduced, resulting in a decrease in power and an increase in fuel consumption. When replacing, first find the air filter housing, open the clip or unscrew, and remove the old filter element. When installing the new filter element, ensure that the filter element is installed in place to avoid gaps that cause unfiltered air to enter the engine. In addition, the filter element should be checked regularly and replaced in a timely manner according to the different use environment.

　　Oil filter

　　The oil filter can filter the impurities in the oil, ensure the cleanliness of the oil, and extend the service life of the engine. When replacing, the oil in the engine must be discharged clean, find the oil filter, and use special tools to unscrew the old filter. Apply a layer of oil to the seal ring of the new filter, then install it to the specified position and tighten it as required. Note that when discharging oil, it is necessary to choose the appropriate container to avoid oil pollution to the environment.

　　Spark plug

　　The spark plug is responsible for igniting the mixture in the engine, and its performance directly affects the start and operation of the engine. When the spark plug appears carbon deposition, electrical wear and other problems, it will cause the engine to start difficult, jitter intensified. When replacing the spark plug, first unplug the high voltage wire of the spark plug and use the spark plug sleeve to unscrew the old spark plug. When installing a new spark plug, tighten it according to the specified torque to avoid too tight or too loose. At the same time, choose the spark plug that matches the engine model.

　　Fan belt

　　The fan belt is used to drive the cooling fan and the generator, and after a long time of use, the belt will appear wear, aging, relaxation and other problems, affecting the heat dissipation and power generation effect. When replacing the fan belt, loosen the tension wheel and remove the old belt. When installing the new belt, make sure that the belt is properly installed on the individual pulleys and adjust the tension. Too tight or too loose belt will affect its service life and work efficiency.

　　The battery of the generator set is used to start the engine and store electrical energy, and the capacity of the battery will gradually decrease with the increase of use time. When the battery does not start the engine properly or it is difficult to charge, the battery needs to be replaced. When replacing a battery, disconnect the negative cable first and then the positive cable. When installing a new battery, connect it in the reverse order.
